A Space to Encounter God Through Movement and Worship
Life can get in the way sometimes and it is easy to feel stuck when it comes to growing in your relationship with God. Scripture calls us to worship God with everything within us.
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.

It sounds lovely, but how do we get there? It starts with connection! We will offer practical steps to connect you with your spirit, heart, mind and body so you can authentically connect with God.
Circumstances in life can leave us drifting away or feeling disconnected from God, and sometimes we don’t even notice it. We want to take time to remove any walls that are preventing you from worshiping God with everything within you.
If you are ready for a full-body, worship experience. If you are open to the healing you need to move forward. If you are desiring a space to learn and grow in seeing God for who He truly is… One worthy of all of our worship with our heart, soul, mind and strength.

What to Expect
Get ready to move beyond the comfortable space “the mat” we all live on, and discover what greater expressions of worship look like for you.
Be prepared to be led through physical movement of your body, scripture meditations, and activations all designed to help you tune into the Spirit of God within you.
Expect God to reveal areas in your life He desires to bring greater freedom.

When: Every Sunday night, 7pm – 8:30pm throughout November. 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th.
