The bible is filled with scriptures on seeking God. To seek Him is our greatest privilege. It is in the seeking and the finding where we encounter our greatest treasure, Jesus Christ Himself. As you read through these scriptures, don’t be in a hurry, take some time to really ponder what it is you are seeking today.

You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart.

earnestly I seek you;

my whole being longs for you,
in a dry and parched land
where there is no water.

Psalm 63:1 (NIV)

Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.

call on him while he is near.

What did you hear while meditating on these truths? What did you feel? Did you experience hope rising up within you or something else? Ask God to help you seek Him more and more each day. As funny as it sounds, we need Him to seek Him.

Blessing your relationship with Christ to grow and thrive! May this year be a year of breakthroughs for you.
