Your Will Be Done
Welcome to episode 6 of our journey through “How to Pray”, Jesus’ response when his disciples asked “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.”
This week, we open by reading the Matthew 6:9-13 using the VOICE translation.
saying, “Father, if you are willing, remove this cup from me. Nevertheless, not my will, but yours, be done.”

Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of him who sent me and to accomplish his work.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

We also read from 1 Thes 5:14-22 ESV
Are there areas where is God leading and guiding you that perhaps, do not line up with your will? What does God want to accomplish in you and through you in this season?
