Our Father
You are a child of the Living God. You are a part of this family.
For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out, “Abba! Father!” The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God, and if children, heirs also, heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer with Him so that we may also be glorified with Him.
When you look at Father God, do you see Jesus? And when you look at Jesus, do you see Father God?
“O righteous Father, the world doesn’t know you, but I do; and these disciples know you sent me. I have revealed you to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.”
If God is truly the Father of all creation, what does it look like to fully embrace Him as righteous Father?
