El Olam - The Everlasting God
Our God is El Olam, The Everlasting God. Nothing will outlast His goodness, for He created all.
Lord, You have been our dwelling place in all generations.
Before the mountains were brought forth,
Or ever You had formed the earth and the world,
Even from everlasting to everlasting, You are God.
- Psalm 90:1-2 NKJV
But to the Son He says:
“Your throne, O God, is forever and ever;
A scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
- Hebrews 1:8 NKJV
We also read from 1 Chronicles 16:36, and Isaiah 40:28.
