Execute
Jesus had goals, mainly to do the will the Father. He asked his followers to count the cost and to perform all actions as if they were being done unto the Lord. Where is God calling you to execute the plans and purposes He has for your life today?
Then Jesus spoke up and said, “My food is to be doing the will of him who sent me and bring it to completion.” - John 4:34 (TPT)
So don’t follow me without considering what it will cost you. For who would construct a house before first sitting down to estimate the cost to complete it? Otherwise he may lay the foundation and not be able to finish. The neighbors will ridicule him, saying, ‘Look at him! He started to build but couldn’t complete it!’ - Luke 14:28-30 (TPT)
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward, and that the Master you are serving is Christ. - Colossians 3:23-24 (NLT)
