Welcome to the first episode of our seven week series on knowing God. This week we’re focusing on His role as creator. The first thing God revealed to us through the Bible is His ability to create. He holds all things together, and nothing exists apart from Him.
There is a creative expression inside of you, placed there by God. What is He inviting you to create today? As you come to know Him more as creator, how does that empower you?
We’re reading from a few different versions of scripture this week. Notice how each one speaks to you as you picture God as creator of all.
His speech shaped the entire cosmos. Immersed in the practice of creating, all things that exist were birthed in Him. - John 1:3 (VOICE)
And through his creative inspiration this Living Expression made all things, for nothing has existence apart from him! - John 1:3 (TPT)
